Welcome to the Moor Monkton Parish Council & Village Website

Moor Monkton is a village in the former Harrogate District of North Yorkshire, England. It is situated on the banks of the River Nidd that flows from the Yorkshire Dales and is 7 miles from York & 16 miles from Harrogate. It has population of approximately 350.

The Parish Council meets regularly throughout the year and holds its meetings in the Old School Room at 7.30pm.
